I've taken pictures at cemeteries a few times over the years. I actually like them because they are history in a very pure and personal form, and they also can be photogenic. I saw this grave at the old Oddfellows Cemetery in Las Cruces and had to get a picture of the headstone. The cracked ground, the discolored stone and the faded roses are an amazing combination. (2011)
